Five-Stage Application Process
Stage 1: Securing Confidentiality and Introducing Yourself. The candidate introduces his or her organization and signs a Confidentiality Agreement to protect each party as they exchange information and discuss their working relationship.
Stage 2: Working Together. The candidate reviews the roles of each party to determine if the English Canada Franchise meets his or her needs.
Stage 3: Understanding the Local Market. The candidate gathers basic information about the market to be served in the proposed geographic area.
Stage 4: Projecting Capacity, Resources, and Costs. The candidate projects enrollment, revenue, and costs to determine the viability of the project.
Stage 5: Assessing Viability and Arranging the Initial Visit. The candidate assesses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the proposed operation, confirms the timetable for necessary start-up activities, and makes an initial escrow deposit to cover the costs of two start-up visits by English Canada personnel for consultation, planning, assessment, and training.
